I was very very disappointed this wasn't a scene in the film, but I understand why. At least they had a really good version of the Into the Woods reprise in the credits.

My high school did this musical two years, and I was one of the stepsisters. Really, it still gives me chills listening to the music, and I admittedly cried closing night after the finale was performed. Beautiful, and I can't wait for the movie! ♡

Of all the songs that probably get cut in the film version of this, I really really, and I mean REALLY, hope that this doesn't get cut. Of all of the morals that get "cut" because of the songs/dialogue that get cut and deleted, parents need to learn this.

+Nerdfighter21 I feel that. I'm on crew, helping the middle school with the Junior version. I didn't know how much they cut out until I watched one of their runs, and I have to say I'm disappointed. The first act is only there to support the second act; removing the second act destroys the point of the play.
