i find this one to be overrated. lyrically about as dull as find the colour, but not as refined or uplifting. odd single choice that was too; marring my favourite feeder album, slightly.

Renegades was awesome! But I prefer old style feeder stuff from swim and Polythene and Renegade put me back there. This new album I feel is there under parr to date. But this song in excellent.

I suppose it all comes down to opinions, but I loved Silent Cry. I couldn't find a weak track on the album.

Renegades was alright but Silent Cry sucked, in my opinion. I have to say, I've been disappointed with their last few albums but this one sounds like a big improvement.

It's definitely one of their better albums. I'd rate it 3rd or 4th (Behind Echo Park, Silent Cry, Comfort in Sound and if you count it, The Singles :P). I think they were panned just because they are an older band and the sound is more accessable, which is stupid when you look at the state of morden bands these days.

i totally agree! 55 out of 100 is sad.... this album stands right besides yesterday went too soon and echo park. to me it is something like 90 or so.... :)

It's disgusting to hear that the album is 55 out of 100. Against what? What music is out today that is real music by artists that write their own lyrics? Feeder is influenced by other artists but they are creative and very talented in a time where music is a market for profit rather than songs. This album has songs, and they're good songs. It's one of the best albums in a long time...

Yeah, the album has a 55 out of 100 on Metacritic which is disappointing. I really liked the album and definitely agree that it is one of their best. I'd rate it in their top 4.
