well, i must say i disagree a little... if we talk about their old albums, they have some soft songs like these on their albums too... what about yesterday went too soon? piece by piece or comfort in sound? they're all kinda soft. but it's the style which made feeder the way they are... btw: ever heard feeder live? if they sing a song of themself or a sing a song of another band (take power of love for example): they're the best live band ever!

I love their older stuff but I have to say I thought Silent Cry was their best work yet. Every song is just perfect in every way. I like the direction Grant has taken the band. It's still Feeder - and at their very best. It is true though, I agree, that their style has changed from the older albums.

hey dnt you think theyv gone realy differnt i mean they did awsomeeeee songs in there older albunms like buckrogers and just a day and seven days in the sun compare them to these and its like a whole differnt band sorry but there old albums are wway better
