I know, that isn't cool. It was probably inevitable though, even if Jim Martin could play great. Yes, definitely. FNM drastically changed with "King for a Day..." and "Album of the Year". Angel Dust also had a noticeable transition pre and post Jim Martin.

Fired by fax dude. That ain't cool. At least you recognize FNM changed up after TRT. Most people don't even admit that.

Jim didn't even contribute much to Angel Dust and didn't like the direction Patton took the band; this led to him getting fired from the band.

You and me both. Loved Annes song (I could never get the bass guitar in that song out of my head :-) ).

This soooo reminds me of my best friend in the 80's and the time we saw these guys at the Mabuhay Gardens in SF ( I was 13, she 15). Unfortunately I only remember half of the show....the rest of the evening is a blur. ;0)

I love FNM, but this shit always pisses me off. Listen to this whole album, and every album up to and including The Real Thing... it's Jim Martin who carries alot of the songs with his guitar pieces, bridging shit that Mosely just couldn't vocalize, and complementing Patton perfectly. Love the band, but the way they dissed Jim always pisses me off. Great song tho.

I wish good music like this would still be around on one of the hundreds of MTV channels. Faith No More all the way!!!

Chuck Mosely is his name. He also sung for Bad Brains after H.R. left.
