Pete Seeger, a mighty force in the civil rights movement once said his only contribution was to change the word "will" to "Shall," in their anthem because it opened the mouth wider. On this day he has said farewell to us all, but from Swarbrick, Sandy Denny, and the like to Robin Hood's "Row Bully Boys Row," courtesy of A.L.Lloyd and Ewen Mcoll, He opened his mouth so much he was banned from commercial radio for a whole decade. A contemporary with Arlo Guthrie he shall be missed. Read Ralph Rinnzlers (the folklorist) biography!
