I saw this band at the sting in NB CT,,, "Bush" was the headliner,, But Eves Plumb and Letters to Cleo should have been the Main Attraction ... Most Awesome !!!

Such a shame they did not get the success they deserved. I can't believe i never heard of them back then and I am still trying to get my head around the fact that Vitamin C and this singer are actually the same person. They look the same but sound completely different, the other scary thing is that she is the same age as me ! So much confusion !

Hey! It's the Dallas dude again. Please come back. Pa Pa Palease! Saw y'all play to 30,000. Saw y'all play with Dig to a kick ass small club. TREES ! Play another. If not Dallas, Ft. Worth has lots of places to play. You could pack a house on either city.

I think this band would have fared far better in the 80's,yes.

so what you're basically saying if things were like they were in the 1980s this band would have been more well known?

As far as I'm concerned,it started in the early 90's if not even a little before. We used to listen to FM radio all day long at my job,and you could tell immediately when it started to change, Certain artists simply were not played anymore. It became more repetitive, and it never used to be like that. And after a while,it started to become obvious what was happening. The corporations were starting to take over, and they were going to dictate what was played. DJ's started to become pointless.

Dominion of Darkness

when would you estimate that this "deterioration" actually started?

Klongyaw Seven

Maybe, but the deterioration of the music industry really had started already. It just gained momentum as it went along.

I disagree. this was released in 1994 and imho the industry did not go to hell until the late 1990s. sometime after 1995 to be exact. up until that time there was lots of good music out there. others may be inclined to disagree, but It has become increasingly difficult to locate bands that are worthwhile. you certainly won't hear it on commercial mainstream radio and MTV stopped promoting music videos a long time ago!

The music industry had already started to go to hell by then my friend.

Very underrated band with an excellent front woman. had they been promoted a lot more they would probably still be together today!

Took a chance on this album back in the 90's when it first come out without ever hearing anything from it and was pleased. That was back when I would just buy an album based on the cover; actually got a lot of good ones in that fashion.
