I thought I could spend one evening of YouTube music without clicking on an Eva song. Wrong again. I am so spoiled since being on the Eva trip. It's the voice by which all others ane now compared and she always wins.

This is truly a remarkable song. And Eva Cassidy had the most astonnishing voice. From 0:06 to 0:20 the melody reminds me of another song by a great female soul/jazz/rhytm 'n' blues singer. I can't get a hold on it. Can any one help me? Please :-)

I'm 87 and my hobby is collecting music from LP's and just found a CD (Songbird) of Eva's music. I hate that it took me so long to find her. I agree with many of the folks that say that Heaven is better because she's there.

I was introduced to Eva Cassidy just two hours ago. As I sit here listening to her sing, all I can say is.... FUK!!!!! How come I've never heard of this person up until now?
