It's not a song! It's all about admiring virtuosity.

It's not a song and certainly not complex. Just a very clever virtuoso violin piece. There's a time and a place for everything; can't have slow and soulful all the time!

It's certainly impressive from a technical standpoint. I doubt if I practiced for 10 hours a day everyday I could play this. But it suffers from what most complex songs do: It does not sound very good to me. Slower, Longer bowed songs are so much more expressive and emotional to me. Victor Wooten on bass and Yngwie Malmsteen on guitar also. I can tell you are amazing and your instrument, But it does nothing for me...

would've been awesome if the concert director came on stage and was like, "sorry folks, wrong artist!" then ensiferum appears out of a cloud of smoke and plays goblins dance!

Looks like a viola at first, I guess she must just be small. Good anyway

She did a great job... but unlike perlman she did not look like she was enjoying it. Like it was not music but an obstacle to conquer.

@amazinglazedonut maybe the pianist is sightreading (O_O) I don't know... if so she did great... are you a violinist or a pianist if you're a violinist how do get that effect on the bow, it sounded like she's bouncing it....
