I myself am not a singer but think I can describe the eruption lass's voice of "I can't stand the rain" quite well; which seems that she has a nice or maybe 1 of the best strong travelling voice tones to clarity as a singer -ah & deep meaningful eyes too. I guess what makes me word well is most of my life I daily do heaps of fast reading & typing about intricate things. Now I must listen to Tina Turner comparing her version of a more husky voice, though I think it's a likely hood that this eruption lass would come to be the top singer.

Four months earlier on September 1st, 1973 it entered Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart; eventually it peaked at #38 and spent 21 weeks on the Top 100 It reached #6 on the Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart and #41 in the U.K. Four years later in 1978 it was covered by Eruption; their version peaked at #18 on the Top 100... R.I.P. Mr. Clark {1929 - 2012}...
