Okay so while I wholly understand that artistic mediums are left to interpretation by whoever views/listens/experiences it, but I can't help but feel that this video and this song don't quite blend. Both are good, don't get me wrong, and I love this track because I feel a resonating familiarity to it, but something about both video and song track don't quite mesh to me for some reason. I see where this video was going, but it just felt like the video was meant for a different track. I'm not saying this is bad, because it's not. Its very good, well made and always an outstanding performance on part of Enslaved, but like other great bands I love, I find that the video doesn't seem to reflect what's being sung. This is just my opinion on it, and doesn't change the fact RIITIIR is an outstanding must-own album for any metal head.10 years ago
