I hope you can produce more songs of Elvis with meaningful messages, ELVIS IS UNIVERSAL AND RELEVANT. May I take this opportunity to inform the public especially the avid fans of Elvis that come January 8, 2015, Attorney Homer Mendoza, Alex Torres, Boy Sanchez and yours truly, Buddy Castillo plus several Elvis Tribute Artists as guests will be showing a different kind of tribute to Elvis. For the first time in this concert, Tribute artists WILL NOT ONLY SING THE SONGS OF ELVIS BUT WILL ACT ON STAGE. We have selected 8 (eight) scenes of Elvis from his movies: Jailhouse Rock, Loving You, King Creole, and Viva Las Vegas. I, as director of the show have been rehearsing the cast to act and sing Elvis' songs in those scenes. We did not copy the scenes. We created a new scene based on the original scene from the movies of Elvis. You will be surprised to see them acting and singing though we, except Alex Torres, are all in our retirement age. But, take note of this: AGE DOESN'T MATTER WITH ELVIS. See you there at the Meralco Theater 7:30 pm. Better hurry because you may not get the best seat in the theater.
