There are two things that make the filming of this particular song "important", in the trivial sense, in the history of Hollywood musicals. One is that Elvis had to film two different versions of the song, because of copyright laws. This is the one which was shown in theaters thoroughout the world, save for Europe. And the other was that, hidden from view by a two way mirror, (which in turn is also hidden from the main camera's view), while comfortably seated at a special gallery for VIP's, was the largest ensemble of European royalty and of US and European Protocol officers ever gathered under one roof, in this case, Studio 4 at the Paramount lot, in Los Angeles, to witness a scene being filmed, its main "components" (LOL) being the then Princesses of Sweden, Norway and Denmark, the latter of the three the one who in time became Queen, and that is HRH, Margareta, the current Queen of Denmark.Like the other two Princesses, (whose brothers eventually became Kings, and remain so), the current Queen met Elvis after the singing scene was shot, and remains a huge Elvis fan, to this day.
