On this day in 1957 {September 1st} Elvis Presley performed at Sicks Stadium in Seattle, Washington... It was a 11 song set and 16,000 fans were in attendance, one of those in the crowd was 14 year old Jimi Hendrix... The 10th song in the set was "Mean Woman Blues", he closed the concert with "Hound Dog"... It was featured in his movie "Loving You", which premiered on July 9th, 1957...
