I remember in the end footage of This Is Elvis-Joe even was quoted as saying" Elvis always made sure to look his best,but in the end he accepted how he was looking and so did the fans and in the end-he still had his amazing voice which never failed him. That quote has always stuck with me as I can relate to it on many personal levels. It's a strange thing and silly-but-what if the beatles had all lived and elvis had become a 5th beatle?lol,I wonder what that would look like?lol. Silly. What If?

I always got the sneaking feeling and impression that he didn't always believe in himself or his talent. If you remember-he could never even understand why people loved him so much and what all the hype was about and why people also hated him and why people of the 50's raised such a fuss about his music and the way he moved-when it's just music, he was very insecure and I'm sure people always criticizing him for every little thing didn't help matters any,in fact,made it worse. led to his death.
