They couldn't sound more generic even if they wanted to... which is not necessarily a bad thing, but it, sadly for them, renders the music immediately forgettable.

@Xallia621 Of course I have heard their work. I love Russell Allen, but there is just this gruff sound to Jorns voice that I love listening too. My favorite singer of all time is Marco Hietala of Nightwish, Tarot, Northern Kings and various guest appearances on other bands albums. who also is VERY distinctive sounding.

@bookworm1138 ummmm Blind Guardian that vocalist def has a unique voice i can pick him out of a lineup of singers any time of day. Look up someone named Jorn Lande he too has a very distinctive voice. He has worked with Masterplan and Avantasia as well as solo.
