This is my all time favorite song by them! i have several of their albums and have lost one. there is a song on there i'd like to have again and i thought you might tell me the name of the song and what album it was on. all i can remember of it is the line......goodbye bowl weevil, i know you got my ........and the birds done got my corn" The chorus may have been..."'pans of biscuits, bowls of gravy; pans of biscuits we shall have". Anyone know this? thank you!

I love this song!! It was one of my Grandmother's (Wilma Thomason) favorites. Thank you Uncle Ron, for your amazing music! I will never forget standing at her grave on the day of her funeral, and he began singing this. Our entire family began, and it was simply beautiful. I can't believe it will be 13 years this March.

They must make an honor hymn for Big Bear. Big Bear wanted Peace!! But Wandering Spirit's men thought differant. All hell broke lose at Frog Lake in 1885. Big Bear tried to stop the massacre! Honor him!!

You still can't do this song as well as The Chestnut Grove Quartet did it.

You can be an atheist and still believe. How pretty you have made this song. Praise is done by hand,no matter what the hand is turned to or who it is dedicated to.

Ron(singer) was my English Teacher in High School. His favorite saying was..."Yea even also verily I say unto you." Cracked me up!!
