This is beautifully arranged and sung by Will. I do think Ephraim's version is far superior, but it's great he's being remembered by a contemporary artist at a time where modern r&b music would have benefited from the substance of his lyrics and voice.

The difference is night and day, hands down. Ephraim Lewis wrote and recorded it. If you haven't heard it. you owe it to yourself to listen. I only wish he'd have lived longer to have recorded more. Look him up on Wikipedia. He was only 26 at the time of his death and showed so much promise. If you want to impress a woman, play this for her while holding her hand, and looking into her eyes.
