Donna wrote this song for the astronauts of the Challenger (before the disaster), she fought unsuccessfully to have this as her second single. She didn't win the battle.The song had a good following due to the extended remix imports. But once again Geffen executives, who had already trashed the album with removing songs from the project, and inserting others; (and not using intended single -letting them fall by the wayside) decided on Only the Fool Survives. And once again the record company didn't promote the album or singles
