I believe this album was recorded around 1971 in Buck''s Bakersfield Studio's. It ended up in the tape vault and was just recently released. Having worked for one of Buck's radio stations I would not be surprised if Don played most of the instruments and the other Buckaroo's played on it.

Don Rich innovator of the great Bakersfield sound with Buck. Few singers even today are no where near the status of Don Buck and the Buckaroos. Pure country soul and heart. But when was this recorded????amazing.

Don Rich is my idol! Trying hard to all the things he did. Have not tried lead guitar yet, but working on his fiddle style, playing rhythm guitar and singing his harmonieswhich Buck dubbed, "higher'n a cat's back".. Having a blast!!! Thanx Twang Thang!
