Dale was one of the finest lead singers I ever heard. I loved his clear voice. Larry Ford, the tenor had and still has a great solo voice. Ken Turner is a fine bass and a great guy to talk with.

By no means am I a Gospel Quartet afficionado...but I do know that I love The Dixie Echoes and The Blackwell Brothers...and I know that this is a brilliant song. "So that when I close my eyes and sleep eternal...I'll be clinging to a saving hand."
