This sounds very similar to a version of God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen that my mom had on a Celtic Christmas cassette tape FOREVER ago. It was the most amazing, energetic and hauntingly beautiful song I've ever heard in my life, and I listened to it so many times that it's permanently ingrained in me. This may sound silly, but I actually search the internet every year around Christmas, hoping to stumble upon that version again someday. This sounds so much like it!
