Well i actually tried playing the song exactly as you played it a few days ago and it sounds good for sure but i would rather use power chords rather than hitting the one string if you know what i mean, in the beginning riff. Although i have since seen dinosaur jr plays it like you live.

Well i play guitar and have for the past 10 +years and its quite obvious your first of all playing it wrong and second if its supposed to be a playalong the video shouldnt be turned up louder than the guitar. That just makes no sense whatsoever.

Donnie: You block me so I cannot respond and try to make some sense of my post. There are definitely spots (such as the intro and 1:24) where what you're fretting doesn't match up with what the guitar is doing in the album version of the song. This is what I mean by "staying on one chord" when you shouldn't be. I'd be VERY interested in a video of you playing this without the backing track, as it is only then that you can convince me that what you're playing is close enough to the original.
