That's definitely a Tenor solo in there, not a Bari solo. I love Cecil Payne, but that wasn't him. It appears that that fine sounding soloist on Tenor was Paul Quinchette (of the soft Lester Young, Stan Getz variety tenor)... Also, Clark Terry and Jimmy Cleveland (on trombone) solo.
