I spent many hours drawing the Too-Rye-Ay front cover as a kid. Such a beautiful album in and out

Love this album so much... it has a special place for me, I first bought it in Germany, and listened to it all throughout my journeys in Dresden, Berlin, Munich and Bonn/Cologne... the most amazing country I've ever visited, I hope to go back there someday! Thank you Dexy's!!!

the stigma of come on Eileen really undermines the rest of the beautiful songs on this album. don't get me wrong, I love Come on eileen sooo much, but i wish people would listen to the other songs and see that the Dexys were more than a one hit wonder <3

One of the most convincing "survival songs" in music history, IMHO.

Listened to this album obsessively as a teen; so great to hear it again. It sounds as good now as it did then.

Dexys albums have wall to wall great songs, and are due a proper revival. This song is so "coverable". How about it Bellowhead??

I remember renting an old VHS tape of DMR playing live somewhere. They played every song from Too-rye-aye. When I went back to the video store a couple years later to see if I could buy the tape, they had no recollection of ever having it...
