This song should have been on adrenalize. They could have sped it up a little bit. Maybe 10 -15 bpms and it would have been a killer opener for the album. Then include ring of fire too. Keep tonight on the album and maybe Tear it down. Then throw out Make love like a man, let's get rocked, I want to touch you, and heaven is. And put some rockin' songs on there. None of the singles they released for Adrenalize really charted anyway right?14 years ago

@oosterleppard Joe says they'd love to play it live, when they were on VH1 Storytellers... although it was in a point to a question a girl had asking them why they don't play songs like Wasted on the Tour. Joe basically says "what about desert song?" and that they'd love to do Desert Song live, but that they don't want to alienate the 95% of the crowd that wants to hear the hits and would just stand there confused if they played songs like that. @krisaf778 i love the song too. one of my favorites on the album. unfortunately alot of people dont know anything that's not on pyro, hysteria, or adrenalize. so when they go to the concert and hear a song like this or ring of fire alot of times how kickass the song is gets lost in them thinking "wtf is this?"14 years ago
