Ever knew that Alan was the main musical force in DM regarding arragaments and instrumental ideas.. his ganius was to build soundsscapes around Martin's good songs.. or ever weaker tunes... this is an example how great could the weak song be when Alan is in sound control... Mart.. if you are not seeing this... shame on you :)) ALAN SCHOULD RE-JOIN THE BAND.. the question is if he want's it at all in the first place.

actually without fletch the band would be nothing. 1) he played on the early stuff (see tour vids) and most importantly 2) martin is very shy, he bounce ideas off of fletch, used him as a voice piece, 3) fletches management skills are fantastic, he knows every gig theyve ever played and is instrumental in the tours and organisation. DM are a machine, each cog plays a purpose
