U Know why I love this song? I can read 100 comments and none of them even mention the exceptional drum work on this track. It has everything going for it. Lord's synth solo is ridiculous. Blackmore's guitar work is so crunchy it's almost filling. Coverdale really couldn't have been better. Burn is one of the definitive rock tracks of a generation and it's had us drummers screaming for relief for 40+ years.
