Their last good album IMO was Into the Valley of Death. I don't know, maybe it's because my musical tastes have increased but, there was a rawness to their sound. It was all about the drums and weird time signatures. There last 3 albums were just not Death by Stereo-esque to me.

The Death By Stereo of today are a fucking shadow of their former selves. They shoulda split after Day of the Death I swear. I saw them in like 2002 with Good Riddance. Those were the days. The crossover metal shit they put out now is like all that MTV shit for 12 year-old emo kids. They even dress head to toe in black for their live shows, music videos etc. Basically they broke the rule for all punk bands,which is break up after a few years, before you become a fucking parody of yourself.

@sexnviolence666 yeah I wish they would go back more to their roots, this type of melody and fast hardcore punk, they say they're trying to be different from their old stuff, but as a result their sounding the same as every other band, I wish they realized they will lose their fan base if they conform and stray from hardcore punk too much... :(
