Isn't Death Before Dishonor the name of a classic and well respected old school NYHC band? I am confused as these are not the guys who were in that old NY band. Are they family or did they get permission to use the name? Anyone know?

I'm confused. They stole their name from the original early 80's New York band, Death Before Dishonor, some of who's members went on to play in Judge, who they owe their sound to. Then they put out a release named after the hardcore classic "True Till' Death" 7inch by Chain of Strength? Not seeing very much honor in any of that.
