Dean Friedman

Dean Friedman performs The Letter at the Ossining Public Library's Budarz theater on October 27, 2013.

The concert is part of the Ossining Library Foundation's Words & Music concert series curated and hosted by Alan Marzelli. The series brings well known singer/songwriters and recording artists to perform free Sunday afternoon music concerts in the Library's 200 seat Budarz Theater.

This song has special meaning for me too. I grew up in Bergen County and now livein LA, but I still yearn for a trip to Tice's Farm in early spring or late fall. The sentiment in this song brings a tear to my eye... partly on its own but also for nostalgic reasons. I feel so fortunate to have been a fan since these early days.
