He is so great it leaves me speechless and breathless. Nobody else has such an incredible voice and sings with more passion. I have compared numerous versions of this song that are sung by him and one is better than the other !

@ziggsstar Great!! I saw this show as a double show in NJ. Nine Inch Nails started then David joined them onstage, and they did Scary Monsters together. Then NIN left the stage leaving DB and his band. I came specifically for the Bowie portion, but there were clearly a large number of people there just for NIN. They left not because David was there, but because NIN were not,

I first heard this live in 1973 at Coventry theatre on his 'Ziggy tour', I was 15! You do the maths :) Me and my mates were transfixed and mesmerised (you had to be there - it is part of rock history) I have been married for 25 years, have seen him live 5 times during that period. His music has been an integral part of my life. My grown up kids love all his old stuff. Great performance and great vids Matt - just subscribed.

Just found this vid. Great post. Yes, from little old NZ, I was there. 2 seats down from Bob Geldof. This tour was for the real fans, not the fly-by-nighters.
