Athus Nadorian (1982-2011) was an American artist and a friend, companion, and inspiration to many. The day I have uploaded this video, October 11th, is one year from the day of the accident that ended his time with us. He was an important person in my life and inspired me to pursue the things I enjoy today, and I have him to thank for helping guide me out of a deep rut in my life. Moving forward without him this past year has been difficult, but I am eternally grateful for the time he was with us.
To remember Athus, I've chosen a song that I believe many of us who knew him can relate to, as well as many more of you who find this video and feel the same way about a loved one you've also lost.

I remember how hard this was on so many. When word got out about his passing the collective emotions were intense. I never knew Athus but he must have been a great person for him to have affected as many as he did. I feel for all who miss him. there are many ways you could look at this too however. An artist leaves a part of themselves in every drawing and there for every time you look at his art you are seeing a small part of him.
