I cannot quite concile the two works!Know that his is the best music in that game, a game with only good music, among whose composers is included he who is possibly the most famous and popular composer of video game music, Frank Klepacki.

Not sure, but I think it's the old archaic form of 'Fair', which can also be found written as 'Fayre' with a Y and means 'festival'. Judging by the music, it might be that because it's difficult not to think of a large gathering of people having fun and enjoying themselves :)
