nicki minaj gets 4.6 million hits in 24 hrs and Dar gets only 9500? Astounding. Dar was soooo cool live with Joan Osborne. In another life she will get the recognition she deserves. I just pressed the buzzer....

beautiful turn around "tell me who made your clothes was it children or men?". Shining a light on the suffering of others in the everyday choices we make be it pressing a buzzer or buying a top.

Milgrim didn't set out specifically to "defend" the Nazi soldiers. It was more of an experiment in human behavior, to see if others would do the same thing in a similar situation and to perhaps answer the question of whether "never again" would really work. Other sociologists have done similar experiments (Asher, Zimbardo). Dar is amazing, and this song is brilliant.

Wow. I just read about this study. Now a days it would be deemed unethical, but in the 60's it was used to defend nazi soldiers to see if they were "just doing as they were told". I can't believe she made a song out of this. And people say rappers are the talented ones who can make songs out of anything. Keep it coming lady! =)

Aw, I think she was sick in this video. I think she came to my college to perform shortly after this...she had a slight cold when she was at my college...went on about holding snotty albeit cute kids in Charlotte and thinking she wasn't going to get sick from them if she drank a lot of O.J...

I love the message between this song. It's brilliant. "Do you know what a Fascist is?" It's frightening what we all become. I think Dar performs better to an audience, though.
