You know I really depend on Rapzilla for music that speaks about God and leads me to the Lord. But it seems like lately every artist is so creative that I don't get their message or their music is just not really about the Lord. As far as this song goes, I just don't get it. I think that the song is self-explanatory. I mean just look at the name of the song called Choices and then the name The Breakup, it is talking about a relationship that has been broken because the girl was going for a man who sadly was treating her as trash but the true Christian man wanted to treat her as a jewel and the right way and not as an object, trash, etc. But there might also be a second meaning and it might be talking about that the true Christian man wants the girl to accept Jesus because He won't treat her like trash but will treat her with love, respect, and kindness. Those are my two cents. There are songs that are not just about the beat and cannot be deciphered very well when practicing distracted listening, like eating wings, lol! Some you might need to listen to again and again and discover something. People should not expect spoonfeeding from every Christian hip hop/rap artist, please use your God-given brain. There is a reason you have it, please think hard. Thanks.
