something you will get it rightaway, no matter what the consequences or your formal results are. just believe in it and voila it's yours, it's something called the laws of life. i personally thought as same as you do but i realized that all the famous people (the winners for sure) begun with a goal and striving to reach it, & once any negative thought comes up they just let it go and think of the bright side. but the problem is people are measuring their future from the results they got so far.

& regarding the writings with big names, do you know how Madonna got big? she was singing out in bars but she wanted SO BAD to rule the world, and she did, and when was that? in the 80s where nobody had internet or even cable, she even hit the middle east like an atomic bomb with her writings and her style of music. man back then her songs was like a national anthem to us hearing girls chanting her songs and wearing like hers. it's just the personal goal. you have to know this once you want

note that he hasn't written anything with any big names to get back into the scene. imagine you were born during or after craigs success. by the time you listen to music you won't be hearing anything under his name on the radio or on itunes and you won't even know of his existence. if he wrote with say justin bieber (i hate him too but craig and him are friends) he would all of sudden be affiliated with current success on the radio and on itunes and wala. he'd be back in the game.

sigh its not just about the voice...its about the what the people are after with the correct advertising across the globe. for example, Take That from the UK has never had there hits played in the US radio stations and as a result, they are not famous in the US, they are an old 1990's band. craig was signed to umtv in which case i doubt the funding for adv was anywhere near what nicki minaj gets. and how did she get into the business? by doing compilations with current success.
