FaceCulture spoke with him about the latest album The Manticore And Other Horrors, his daughters opinion on his music, reggae, flying, side projects, not writing a concept album, working in two separate studios, the 10th album, being grabbed by something, media based music, getting inspiration for lyrics, the album title The Manticore And Other Horrors, the album cover, monsters and demons, not writing stories and cinema, personal demons, insecurity, playing live again after a break, fear of other peoples reaction. I never have been in my life. When all the girlfriends of 15 years washed snot and tears of DiCaprio, I just laughed at them sadly. But now I understand that failure to do so is possible for me, but in part. You can co-create for yourself an idol, the snag is how you will be treated to all this.
