I saw these guys play with The Jesus Lizard in Portland OR, what a fucking awesome show. I think that was '93. I wish I remembered it better.

Dude we were skating to this in the early 90's after my uncle from NY intoduced us to these guys. this album has nothing but good songs and an awesome skit but I cant for the life of me remember what it was called. "Traitor or Martyr" is like my fav CSC song for real.

I loved them at first listen...and then saw them in Wilmington, N.C. in 1990 far from their own hometown environment...it was like they came to N.C. so that NYC could just slap me and every one else in Jacob's Run Bar in the face with a remorseless ass chewing and a "life sucks and then you fucking die" somber yet violent and dangerous remorse. I loved every minute of it. These guys were freakin' terrific.
