That's funny, I watched the video before I read the description below the vid. where you ID "Mark Almond" (although it's "Marc Almond": there was a Mark & a Marc Almond back at this time (early-mid 80s) & I happened to catch that part where Marc walks in the hospital room & plucks a grape & eats in then walks out, giving Jhonn a sort of "look"... cool. You know, Coil & Soft Cell were both on the Some Bizarre label around the same period (though Coil split w/SB after a couple years).
