I like Mike singing, but I prefer Eric Eycke. After the Animosity gig San Antonio early 80s I asked Mike "what happened to Eric?" I might have been expecting him to be on stage. Mike said "we kicked him out because he couldn't sing worth a shit!" I disagree. Punk's not really about "singing," and I think Eric's sound on "Eye..." epitomises punk rock vocals very well. COC ceased punk rock anyway after Eye. Animosity was a metal/thrash/hardcore mix & COC went many directions after that.
