First time I've ever seen the film and immediately recognized the opening scene music. Couldn't place it and then it hit me...Band of Brothers. If it's not the same, it is stikingly similar. Such an amazing score by Beck. Truly beautiful.

This movie shows not only what happened to a football team, but what happened to a city. It really is amazing what this school accomplished after such a major disaster. I'm currently a Marshall student, and I take very much pride in saying so. I stopped by the fountain earlier today, and it always has a strong effect on me. This is part of our heritage. Am I forgetting something?...oh yeah, the movie was pretty good, with a great soundtrack by Christophe Beck.
