What a beautiful voice. Can someone recommend me more country musicians that sound like this? Im trying to get into country, but Im having a hard time with contemporary country, because it sounds a lot like pop and rock. I want to find more singers like this one...

I'm an idiot because CCR (excluding John) weren't very good musicians. And that's why Tom's solo career soared on into the '80s, and Stu and Doug never even considered forming a CCR cover band.

@TeamMastaPr2 After a little more digging I've found what I said, was false. The track listing I was provided was mistaken I guess. I thought it was strange when it said Stu wrote it. But I guess you can't believe everything you read. Thank you for not completely making me seem foolish.

@Waymore15 What you're talking about?! John wrote this song as one of three from that album (Mardi Gras), the others were the hit singles "Sweet Hitch-Hiker" and "Someday Never Comes". The rest were written by Stu and Doug except the cover version of "Hello Mary Lou". Get your facts ready before commenting.
