Very good sound production, this type of production sound pretty much defined the pop music from late 80s forwards. What I mean by this is, it's similar as if you hear a clip from a TV program without seeing or knowing what it is, you can instantly tell what decade it was produced as the commercial stations & producers probably wanted a certain type of sound that sounded more fresh and "modern" than than the previous sound.

It's hard to find both, a better singer than She, and a composer that keeps up with Dieter Bohlen. Together they made great music. But, as they weren't from UK or USA, they had much less success that other minor english groups. Janet Jackson, lady gaga and justin bieber can't dream of comparing to their 4 and 1/2 albums (this one doesn't stem from Dieter genious). Maybe just madonna could come close. 90% of much more successful groups have nothing better than CC Catch "Strangers by nigh"

CC Catch never got very popular in the West. So information on her is obscure in america. Mostly youll have to go to european and some asian search engines. She rocks!!!

This was one of the fisrt songs in english I heard in Soviet Union. It was in a program called dva plus dva (2 plus 2). It seems a life time ago. I guess it's really is.
