Great song! Catherine Wheel was one of those "underground" bands from the early 1990's that never got air play (where I live). Only found out about them from a friend of mine with a "college radio" connection that had an influx of non-mainstream music. Some of it was not so good, some of it was great, like this band. The friend would make copies on cassette for me of albums I liked. The Falling Joys was another band I like from around the same time.

Toronto radio station CFNY 102.1 FM (now The Edge) had this on a compilation they put out to clubs in 1991. However, the Catherine Wheel song was supposed to be "I Want To Touch You". I'm glad of the mistake, 'cuz this is the better song. Shakespeare's Sister is also on that tape! lol

This whole album is just great! One of my all time favourites. And I've seen them live in Clapham Grand, '91/2, not sure (not even of the venue). It was long time ago...
