The year that Idol actually got it right. I believe she was the last female to win Idol. I also thought the Pia Toscano's voice was even more beautiful and she got voted of early. The voting process is the worst. If you are not a white country singer don't even waste your time on this show.

This was the same year as her win on American Idol, she has grown so much as a performer. She was great here,but you can see her growth and confidence and it has been good to see someone succeed who lives a moral life and keeps their personal life private. Kudos, what a good example.
