I love how Carly feels so much joy at 3:23 she wants to jump up and down. This performance was one beautiful moment in life that I am so glad is forever preserved.

I actually turned on my TV one fine day in 1987 and watched the broadcast with all those young happy kids singing and smiling and am so thrilled to be able to watch it here anytime I want! That's the miracle of modern science technology and music availability.
