She is a good player, indeed, but after you listen to some more serious guys like Kenny Garrett, smooth jazz players start sounding much all the same, with their vicious minor pentatonic fast runs. Please, don't take me wrong. She has a beautiful sound, and deserves all the success, but the problem with her and many other smooth players is the lack of surprise. It's almost as I can guess the next notes. They don't push  harder on the harmony, or neither risk themselves. I'm not saying they don't know how to do it. Maybe they just don't want to risky loosing a wider audience.

Brand now owned by Roland (who have released some rather poor keyboards under the name). But yes, an awesome instrument. Keybeds are usually a bit hard when compared to a good modern piano or synth, but the sound, the sound ....
