first time i heard this song i was half asleep on the back seat, had my head against the window and yeah... it was even raining outside. was around 9am i think. car was taking a curve on the highway and half way throughout it, her voice broke into my head. can you imagine it? feeling the pull from the inertia... that was something i wont forget.

i got your point ! my mistake. i just didnt really get the second example, i dont really get if that was a random example or if u intended to take it to a personal level, in case its the second, ur just rude. and yes i study spanish, italian and i have portuguese as my mother language, so i have the right to be puzzled, as much as anyone that is not a french native.12 years ago

I know you wrote it a year ago but "pour que" never means "why" in French! You mixed up with the Spanish "?Por qué?" Why do you make noise? ==> Pourquoi fais-tu du bruit? In order that you shut up ==> Pour que tu te taises. The title translation could be : In order that love leaves me.14 years ago

@skittlesvamp16 I believe the actual meaning is "so that love leaves me". If you wanted to say "because love leaves me" you must say "parce que l'amour me quitte". This is a superbe song, isn't it? :) <314 years ago
