I first saw Caitlin sing at Cafe Deux Soleils on Commercial Drive in Vancouver back in 2011. She was playing a show with the newly formed folk duo The River and The Road, who I had recently met. She then reentered my radar was in Canada again in 2014 recording The River Runs North. She hopped caught a ride back to the west coast with the now four-piece incarnation of TRATR on the latter half of their cross canada tour. In the short time she was visiting Vancouver we were able to squeeze in a few video shoots. I'm looking forward to catching up with Caitlin again at some point, whether it be on her side of the Pacific or mine.
