@justincthxc yes sir! chris dodge and dave witte. first album is ok but basically just witte blasting and chris dodge thrashing over it. 'popular music for unpopular people' the 2nd one has a lot more dynamics and is a better listen. both awesome though.

Meh I would argue that buddy a lot of people (specifically metalheads) would say this is too hardcore for their taste. I personally think this band kicks ass no matter what genre you try to put them in... definitely metalcore by definition, but at the same time they are soooo much more. Truly their own band

BBTS has nothing hardcore about themm they are a metal band.

BBTS is a metal band. 99% of what "hardcore kids" listen to is metal, and they don't even realize it. Real hardcore vanished back into the underground wich is excellent, leaving only metal bands on one hand, and faggot music on the other. BBTS is not hardcore, it was never hardcore and it will probably never be hardcore. 1998-2002 Hardcore scene was in fact mostly metal, wich is very very very funny.

so true. even some of the bands that are a part of the "hardcore" nower days had such potential back in 2001-2004 years but pissed it away for big breakdowns and dance beats.

This what hardcore should be. Not what it's become with scene hair, girl pants, and lack of musicianship. Breakdowns are too hyped up and no one remembers that hardcore is supposed to be fast and aggressive. Burnt by the Sun is awesome.

LOL Dave Witte is a drum god. Him and Ted Patterson on bass were in Human Remains, one of the most influential underground bands ever. To "your" genre??? How mature. What bands do you listen to?
